Throughout history, the horse has occupied a powerful place in our society. They carried our soldiers in battle, provided a means of transportation and helped shape our country into what it is today. Instead of preserving these magnificent animals they are now considered a "throw away" commodity by many.  From the wild mustangs roaming the prairie to auctions and slaughter houses, our equine are suffering at the hand of man. It's not all rainbows and butterflies for our equine friends that some would like for you to believe.  On this page we offer you the opportunity to learn more about issues facing our equine today.
Educate yourself and others to help bring an end to some of these horrific injustices.

These domesticated animals must rely on humane care and treatment to survive. Don't turn a blind eye to their suffering. You can make the difference between life and death.
