A Little About Who We Are And What We Do
Hearts of Horse Haven was formed when a group of individuals voiced their concerns that avenues dealing with animal abuse and neglect where being overlooked and needed to be brought back into the forefront of our state.
Hearts of Horse Haven was formed not to take the place of, but to enhance current services offered across the state. Our main objective is to make sure the hard work and dedicated efforts of those who gave so much over the years is continued.
We also want to ensure the horses (main focus) and other animals within the Volunteer State continued to have a voice.
We want to assure all our supporters that we are dedicated to remaining focused on our vision and mission and we understand fully that we must be good stewards of our donors support and that it will be used for the equine and not for personal gain.
So... with that said, we will continue to be there because it's...
"All about the horse!"

Our CEO/Founder has investing her heart and soul to the equine of Tennessee since 1999 when she first started Horse Haven of Tennessee, Tennessee's first equine rescue. HHT grew into Tennessee's premier equine welfare organization. Hearts of Horse Haven was formed in 2018 as it's own 501c3 organization (not an entity of HHT) to provide support and resources to other smaller reputable equine rescues across the state. Providing collaboration, tools and resources that enhance those within the equine welfare community to build a strong network of outreach across Tennessee.
Please, won't you help us put a stop to this type of abuse/neglect.
